Defy Medical TRT clinic doctor
You need to provide context with a post like this: Current protocol, how long on it, when labs were done relative to last dose? Without this I can say that this free testosterone is fine as a daily trough. As a peak or continuous level it is going to be a bit low for some men. If it's the trough on 2x per week injections then it's again uncertain, with some subset of men probably having difficulties. Shifting to EOD injections with the same cumulative dose should help. As a trough on weekly injections this free testosterone also suggests the dose should be split into more frequent injections.

is this fasting insulin? you have metabolic syndrome/prediabetes if yes.
D is low. start sun expousure asap + 10k D daily
adjust diet, cut all seed oils/processed shit, keep carbs to fruit only but below 100g/day i'd suggest. rest meat only, maybe a few veggies/rice/potatoes here and there.
weight lifting+cardio asap.
look into supplements like berberine, chromium, alpha lipoic acid asap

Did the afternoon/evening headaches go away when you decreased the dose?

Your Neutrophils are still elevated - bacterial infection most likely cause.

Also with such "Iron Panel" #'s I would def run DNA genetic test to see if you are not loading Iron and/or have Hemochromatosis which might be hereditary. Perhaps you have already done so and have your raw DNA data?

I donated Thursday afternoon, I had slight headache this morning, dont know how long it takes for bloods to settle to a lower haemocrat after donation??? Any idea.....

Can you explain more about Neutrofils please as I suspect a sinus infection and that itself may be causing pressure headaches

Is there issue with my iron, my doc didn't mention same when reviewing results

Isnt Haemochromostisis life threatening?

When your body is under stress, your bone marrow releases Neutrophils

Thats because your Doc is out to lunch. Yes Haemochromatosis is bad and depends on what genes you have and at what rate you load iron into organs. Like I said with your #'s I would def get a DNA test like Ancestry, then download raw DNA data and upload to checkiron.com algo to see if you have HH and all the inflamation around it. CheckIron is ran by PHD who has HH himself and will answer all questions related to this on his FB group without any problems.

Regarding Docs not paying attention is depending on the guidelines in which country you are but for example in the UK, they will not treat me till my Ferritin goes to 1000 even though I have Type 1 HH which I found out only after uploading my raw DNA data to checkiron.com because regular HH NHS genetic test tests only for 2 types when in reallity its 8 or 9 IIRC. So my Ferritin sits around 300ish atm I believe and they don't care to offer me venesection because under them I have no HH and even with the genes I have they believe that I have slim chance to load iron, when in reallity its not that slim, and I do load. So that means private venesections for me till I get Ferritin < 100 and even < 50 if I want maintenance levels. Since I can't donate as well and they won't accept my blood this gets expensive. And fuck waiting till your Ferritin goes to 1000 to start bleeding as the damage may have already been done by that time, but nobody gives a fuck about prevention and it is what it is.

So yeah its def something for your to find out and research about going forward. If you are on TRT and your Ferritin is creeping above 100 into 120s lets say then thats a sign to start this procedure even faster and see if you don't have any iron disorders present.

Just my 2 pence.

Best of luck.

Do a bacterial culture from the nose, if you suspect a sinus infection, to see what bacteria is growing there. Elevation of Neutrophils but not of Lymphocites typically means a bacterial infection.

You can try to clear a sinusitis infection by nebulizing diluted 0.5% Hydrogen peroxide. It works for some because it kills bacteria.

You can buy it from the store as 3% and dilute it 6 times: 1 part 3% Hydrogen peroxide mixed with 5 parts water. You will need a nebulizer too.

Back again guys, sorry.....

Can I ask, I donated blood on Thursday 5pm, took 40mg Cyponiate Friday afternoon, pressure headache today.

Is it too soon for haemoctrit to lower itself after donation ? Hence the headache

I never had a problem with hematocrit, blood pressure and such, but still had headaches that I eventually realized were tied to TRT. I was in denial for a long time, thinking that there was no way that 18 mg TE EOD could be enough to cause such side effects. I wasted a lot of effort looking for other causes. It was only when I started experimenting with lower testosterone doses that the headaches left and never returned. In any case, at least be open to the possibility that using more testosterone than your body needs may cause problems even when lab work is unremarkable.

Did you have elevated Neutrophils like the OP with your headaches?

Beyond Testosterone Book by Nelson Vergel
So as I said, the OP elevation of Neutrophils suggest that his headaches are a sign of immune activation, most likely infection.

It is also possible his immune system reacts to something in the injectable T formula, like an allergic reaction. I don't know though how common it is for an allergic reaction to present as elevation in Neutrophils.

There were some threads here about the carrier oils or preservatives in the injectable T formula causing problems.
