For me, the side effects of HCG have been minimal. I do have to follow it with a very small dose of Anastrazol to keep estrogen conversion under control. Other than that, it's worked well for me. The boys are normal size and hang like they should, libido is good...no complaints!

Your scrotum is tighter because of the atrophy. I take HCG and it helps a lot. Also, HCG mimics LH which wakes up the boys and they make of my own natural testosterone. I reduce my dose of t-cyp as a result. Labs are spot on and the boys hang normally too.
