Can free T be to high?

My total T is 800 and free T is 150. This is at 7 days after last pin. I feel great, don't know my E2.
Is my free T to high as related to total T. I started getting some nipple sensitivity so added Adex .25mg

Evaluating a protocol on the basis of a single number, and changing that protocol in the absence of two significantly critical values is foolish. Free testosterone is a notoriously difficult value to quantify via lab test. What is your SHBG? That will tell you, via calculation, what your free testosterone percentage is. It is also likely to give you an idea of why your free test value is high.

Why didn't you test your estradiol via the sensitive test, and why did you add an AI simply because of sensitive nipples? That's a common issue when androgen levels are in flux. To assume your estradiol is elevated, on the basis of an itchy nipple, opens the door to the possibility of an e2 crash. Please, consider abandoning the AI and test your estradiol via the sensitive test.
And pull your SHBG as well.
