New blood work

Asking for your opinions about my last blood work:

Hemoglobina 15.8 (13.6-18.00g/dl) ( 17.8 10[SUP]th[/SUP] of July)
Hematocrito 0.45 (0.40-0.52) L/L (0.52 10[SUP]th[/SUP] of July)

Testosterona total 817 (250.0-827ng/dl) 8.17ng/ml
17 Beta Estradiol (non sensitive) 37.86 7.6-42.6pg/ml 139,3 pmol/L (last week I had 16.91 pg/ml = 62.1 pmol/L which must had been a mistake so I decided to check it again and now it is 37.86 (what a huge difference just in week) If this value is correct
the T/E2 = 21,57

The blood analys is from a portuguese lab so some words might be confusing. Sorry!
However Vince since the thyroid values are within range what would be my best arguments when talking to my doc? And what treatment is required ? With som more info I would be more prepared to argue if needed with my doc.

You have to break away from inrange as being OK, it's not. An inrange TSH of 4.99, for instance, would not be OK. There are optimal levels to consider. A TSH of 2.96 means your body is low on Thryoid, note your FT3 and FT4 values are in the very low percentiles there. Your pituitary is signaling the crap out of your Thyroid to make more hormone, yet you're still low.

That's a problem.
