Testosterone Replacement Therapy and No HCG

I have heard that not using HCG concurrently with TRT will cause shrikage of improtant testicular cells and death over time. Rendering the balls damaged. I have also heard that HCG is not necessary if one does not feel good on it. And we can regain fertility just by adding a fertility protocol like HCG, HMG, nolvadex, clomid, ect.

So, because HCG gives me terrible bacne I do not use it right now. Are we at risk for killing testicular cells with no regeneration in the future?

I’m not sure but there are several anechdotes of men successfully having children after using steroids For years with no hcg.

Here's my n=1 experience: For about 2.5 years I did not include HCG with my TRT and now that I have included it back in at 500iu every other day, my balls are still not as large as how they used to be.

Granted, this seems to be more of an aesthetic than a functional issue since many guys are still able to have children after long periods of no HCG and then jumping on fertility protocols.
