36 years old, active fit, last 2 years ive been getting blood work and Test levels are 225 -250 ng/dl range. Also my recent test has me having low estrogen. Made appointment with Endocrinologist, but wondering what options I have. I don't want to go on TRT yet, ive been reading clomid or HCG would help. Any insights?

Because of your age, I would try low dose clomid. 12.5 mg everyday or every other day. You may want to have your thyroid levels checked at least once. TSH, free T4, free T3, reverse T3 and both antibodies.

Thank you for the response. would clomid restore testosterone to natural healthy levels permanently or would I have to continue that indefinitely?

My most recent blood work

Testosterone, Serum Testosterone, Serum 228 LOW 264-916 ng/dL 01
Luteinizing Hormone(LH), S LH 5.4 NORMAL 1.7-8.6 mIU/mL 01
FSH, Serum FSH 4.9 NORMAL 1.5-12.4 mIU/mL 01
Estradiol Estradiol <5.0 LOW 7.6-42.6 pg/mL 01 Roche ECLIA methodology

Most probably clomid or HCG wont help you.You are probably primary.

A testosterone level as low as yours is more than enough to warrant action, levels below 440 is associated with cardiovascular disease, heart disease and the list goes on.

Sick care doctors, endocrinologists and urologists tend to not be up to date and set men on a collision course of more suffering. Take this time to educate yourself so you can vet your doctor and determine his/her competence.

Most of us had to seek private care for our TRT.
