What strikes me is the T/E2 ratio is crazy high for an older guy that's also using hCG with no AI. Seems like you don't have much aromatase activity. Do you take anything else that inhibits aromatase like tadalafil or zinc?

I think @Cataceous has posted some research indicating high T/E2 ratios are associated with higher CVD risk.

I am glad you feel good.

I am curious why do you like DHEA to be that high. Have you tested your pregenolone?
I've never tested pregnenolone levels. The only reason I started supplementing with DHEA is to raise my levels. To be honest with you, I've never felt anything with higher or lower dhea.

I do use both zinc/copper supplements for health reasons. Plus I also use Cialis and Viagra.

Heart issues does run in my family so I do keep a close watch on all heart related issues and get tested regularly. So far (fingers crossed) zero issues.

I just edited this. I wanted to add in my A1C came in at 4.8 I'm surprised it's so low. Usually runs about 5.1

The most important behavioural risk factors of heart disease and stroke are unhealthy diet, physical inactivity, tobacco use and harmful use of alcohol. The effects of behavioural risk factors may show up in individuals as raised blood pressure, raised blood glucose, raised blood lipids, and overweight and obesity.Jun 11, 2021

One of the lucky ones that can get away with running a very high TT or better yet absurdly high FT level based on what would be considered one of the most accurate assays Equilibrium Ultrafiltration for testing free testosterone.

Even when using the calculated linear law-of-mass action Vermeulen your FT would be absurdly high 30.6 ng/dL.

As I have stated numerous times on the forum if you feel great overall, minus any sides and your blood markers are healthy then stick with what works best for you.

At least this is your FT levels on daily not once-weekly or twice-weekly injections LMFAO!

Big difference in running a trough TT 1400+ ng/dL with absurdly high FT on dailies versus someone hitting such trough levels on once-weekly or twice-weekly injections!

The only thing to keep an eye on is your estradiol which tends to run in the low 20s and has even dipped below 20 pg/mL on some of your previous labs (same protocol) which is not good in the long run especially when it comes to bone health!

Keep in mind when looking over your previous labs vs most recent something is not jiving here.

Always the same protocol 16 mg of testosterone cypionate daily, 500 IU of hCG twice weekly, and no AI but your TT levels are all over the place.

Your SHBG has always been highish.

When injecting daily you are clipping the peak--->trough and blood levels will be very stable throughout the week.

Now if you were getting some labs done with hCG and others with dropping the hCG then this would make sense.

Unfortunately, in every set of labs, you have posted on the forum your protocol 16 mg of testosterone cypionate daily, and 500 IU of hCG twice weekly, and no AI remained consistent.

Unfortunately on the last 2 sets of labs posted below your FT was not tested using an accurate assay (ED or UF) as you had it tested using the known to be inaccurate direct immunoassay.

My protocol, same as last labs.

I think @Cataceous has posted some research indicating high T/E2 ratios are associated with higher CVD risk.

Also, keep in mind that he has stated in the past that he was diagnosed as primary not secondary.

Even then as most men age they will have some degree of dysfunction at the testes.

Tadalafil is not driving down the estradiol!

Gets even nuttier on this set of labs from 8/27/2019 as you are injecting a higher daily (18 mg)/weekly (126 mg) dose of T along with the 500 iu of HCG twice weekly.

You are only hitting a TT 1165 ng/dL on such a protocol.

Again unfortunately your FT was tested using the known to be inaccurate direct immunoassay.

I got my results back today from LabCorp. My protocol for the last 6 months, 18 mg of testosterone cypionate daily, 500 iu of HCG twice a week, pregnenolone 10 mg and dhea 25 mg daily. No AI.

I would think the strength of the testosterone vials change from time to time. Not much I can do about that

If it was a reliable source (compounded) let alone big pharma this should not happen especially that much.

Again you are injecting TC daily which not only clips the peak--->trough but will also result in more stable blood levels throughout the week.
