Long time lurker, first time poster. My wife and I have a healthy 9 year old who was conceived 4 months after a contest cycle (my count was over 200M). I've been on 100-250mgs of test a week, no more competing, but no HCG. Out of the blue, we decided to try for a 2nd kid.
I got off everything in June, cold turkey, no HCG, no clomid. At home sperm tests showed nothing happening. Stepped up the HCG monotherapy in July/August and at home test showed over 20M. Sept/Oct added enclomiphene at 12.5mgs and added HMG. Protocol was 1,000-1,5000 HCG EOD and 75IU HMG 3x per week + 12.5mgs EC/day.
After 6 months of no test and barely able to have sex I added in 4-8mgs of test EOD last week (you read that right) and I'm only planning on doing that 1/2 of the month. Here are my questions gents (FYI good to see some of you from other forums!)
1. Will the enclomiphene "work"? Most threads people will say it will not "in the presence of adequate trt". However, my dose is literally going to be 28-56 per month. My theory is that with such a crazy low dose the EC should still have some impact. Thoughts?
2. I have a SA schedule for next week
3. Current Protocol in full:
1,000-1,500 IU HCG 3X per week
75 IU HMG 3X per week
12.5mgs EC/day
4-8mgs of testosterone EOD week before and during wife's ovulation week. This is not optimal and only for the purposes of helping libido and erection quality.
5mgs Cialis/day
Testicles have responded well over the months and are 4.5-5.5 cm. They were literally raisins. Wife is 38, super healthy, and good to go.
I have a long log on another board but don't think it's appropriate to share the link so I can copy/paste some here. The seman analysis should tell a lot so we will see!
Last note, October was the month we really decided for sure "yeah let's actually 'try'".
