Would be great to have overall input on blood panels--high SHBG & E2

Just noticed this sub-forum to post blood works for getting feedback. (I wrongly posted them in my intro). Anyways, to recap, I'm 41. Always have felt tired, lack of energy and fatigue in my entire adult life. Low morning wood as well. I never connected these symptoms to my shitty hormone profile. Thanks, I found this forum and Nelson's books. I also did some blood tests last week. Here are the numbers:

--Sugar/Glucose--
Serum Albumin: 3.8 g/dL
Fasting Blood Sugar: 64 mg/dL
Glyco Hemoglobin A1C HbA1C: 5.2%

--Lipid Panel--
Total Cholesterol: 168.0 mg/dL
HDL: 46.0 mg/dL
LDL: 108.4
Non-HDL: 122.0 mg/dL
Serum Triglycerides: 68 mg/dL
CHO/HDL Ratio: 3.7

--Thyroid Panel--
Free T3: 3.41 pg/mL
Free T4: 1.11 ng/dL
Serum TSH: 1.7 microIU/mL
ATPO: 11.57 IU/mL
ATG Antibody: <10.00 IU/mL

--Testosterone--
Total T: 715 ng/dL
Free T: 1.79% (12.8 ng/dL)
Bioavailable T: 37.3% (267 ng/dL)
SHBG: 51.06 nmol/L
Albumin: 3.8 g/dL
E2/Estradiol: 57.42 pg/mL
Prolactin: 9.00 ng/mL

High E2, SHBG and below average free T levels. E2 was done on ELFA, so I presume it's standard, not sensitive and I've to take that result with a grain of salt (thanks for pointing it out CoastWatcher!). The missing panels are reverse T3, Magnesium and Vitamin D, which I'll order this week along with sensitive E2 and meet a doctor.

Would love to get some inputs on the overall numbers and big picture scenario about what is going on. That'll be helpful to discuss with the doctor very soon.

Thanks all for your help!
