Workout with mask: hematocrit

I'm in Florida so masks are not monitored all that much like other places. Not many people here wear them here to be honest(maybe 50%). But, I did think about the hematocrit issue it might cause in people working out with them on. It's basically like high altitude training which is done to raise red blood cells for stamina. We're gonna have some super athletes after this is all over!! lol

I would be concerned about working out with a mask on. The potential for CO2 levels being too high and the corresponding stress on your heart, make it not worth it. BTW, when discussing altitude, the goal is to live at altitude and train at lower elevation.
