Does it seem you don't stay sore as long after a you are on test ? I know before when I tried to get back to the gym it was like I never recovered. Now I do ! can someone explain why this is? Thanks guys.

While Steroids and TRT are two rather unrelated things, there's is correlation there in recovery. It's well stated that on a "cycle" the capacity and volume of work is greatly increased bolstered by increased recovery. I think the same applies on TRT, I experience it myself. I'm absolutely, bigger, stronger, and recover better than when I was Low T where I was beating myself to death and getting fatter and little strength gains to show...the effort sure didn't correlate to results. But once I got with injectables about 18 months ago, my gym life has taken off. Ive been lifting since a powerlifting class in 10th grade (im 43 now) and the last 18months have been like none other. I was always the prototypical ectomorph hardgainer...not anymore.

I am 41 was in great shape til 35 then gained 60 pounds now I can actually work out again thank God
 
I've never gained weight with or without TRT, ever since I went low carb. But since I started TRT my gains in the gym have definite gone up.
 
In my experience recovery from gym workouts definitely improved on TRT.
Way less soreness and more energy in general.
 
A little bit of a difference sure....but not a huge night and day change in recovery. Taking a steroid cycle dose (500-750+mg per week) is a lot different from taking our normal 100-150mg per week dose that puts us in the upper normal range. It is better than nothing though!
 
Protein synthesis! As long as I'm 120mg per week or higher, I experience some pretty cool gains in the gym, both strength and body changes. Under 120 mg has great benefits for me too...but not in strength or body changes.
 
Yeah, James hit it with Protein Synthesis!! TRT is half the magic, getting the diet dialed in a bit is the other piece. Combined, the body has some KEY building blocks to recover and grow!

I am not taking a cycle Dose either maybe its because my test was 190 when I started?

That's not really the point or anything to do with it...a "cycle" dosage. Just assume your TT on TRT is 1000 on a trough. Then consider having gone from 190, to 1000...that's an astronomical difference and can certainly account for all the positives in the gym. Further consider if you're like me and use 50mg EOD, my 48hr trough is 900s, but my peak is closer to 1500...I know I tested as low as 214 at one=time.
 
The last 9 weeks I've been busting my ass in the gym and keeping a pretty clean diet, trying to gain some mass. I've had some increase in strength and weight no change in body fat.

I only started TRT about 2 weeks ago, I've noticed my muscles seem fuller and I get more of a "pump" at the gym, and slightly more energy. Of course this is all subjective could all be mental placebo effect.

I gained about 6 lbs since starting 2 weeks ago, not sure how much of that is water retention maybe related to increase in estrogen. My body fat hasn't really changed maybe .5% decrease, but could just be a margin of error of the measurement process.

Too soon to really say have had much of an increase in strength other then just the increase in motivation, which partially just placebo of getting started on trt.

I've only been on it for about 2 weeks so I wouldn't expect to see much at this point.

Piss on Him ! He is just jealous That he don't have what you have ! Even if you were doing steroids that shit wont just jump on you . You gotta work !good for you ! I have never taken anything until recently but 7 years ago before I got fat I was built ! And people accused me of that . And I was on nothing ! JEALOUSY! is all it is !
