When take labs to setup the TRT ?

Hello to everybody.
I'd like to know, when is indicated take labs after first TRT shot, to individuate the exact timing dose?
I made 250 TE mg last sunday morning.

You don't do blood testing after a single shot. Usually you wait 6-8 weeks to re-test, so to let your hormone levels reach a stable level.
Also, 250mg in just one shot is a huge amount that is very likely going to create more issues.
Most people start with just 100mg a week (preferably divided in two shots) and adjust the dosage after 6-8 weeks, accordingly to the blood test results.

thank you, but:
1) i came off from aas cycle.
2) i can use only 250 mg amp and i can't travel with prefilled syringe with me.
3) i don't aromatize so much
4) i have to understand how i work...

i started at that dose, now i would like to take labs to decide when take the next one..

Do labs 12 weeks after starting TRT and then every 6 months.
