Weightlifting HARD during peak of weekly TRT shot effective and resting during valley near end of the week?

Assuming I get a Test Cyp shot once a week (right now the shot is 120 mg, but might be bumped to 140 mg) and there is a slghtly higher than normal peak during the first few days and a valley near the end of the week where it is the 'normal' test level for me, would it make sense or make a difference if I designed my weightlifting routine to workout HARD during beginning with the evening of the test shot and then use the last 2 days of the valley, lower test in blood, for rest and recovery (or go light and do cardio near the 6th day)?

Do you think this will make a difference in development or will it not matter really?

Pointless!

We are on trt here not steroids.

Sure when following a proper diet/training protocol healthy testosterone levels will enhance the body composition (muscle gain/fat loss) but even then it will be minimal compared to the muscle/strength gains and recovery abilities one would achieve when using/abusing testosterone/AAS using high steroid doses.

I would be far more concerned with your diet as in aiming for a slight calorie surplus and making sure you meet your overall protein requirements along with sufficient carbohydrates/fats depending on what type of diet you are following (low carb/high fat) or (moderate-high carb/low fat).

You would be better off injecting twice weekly (every 3.5 days) as this will minimize the extreme between peak--->trough levels (injecting once weekly) let alone keep your blood levels more stable throughout the week.

When injecting once weekly as an example if you peaked at 1200-1500 ng/dL post-injection (8-12hrs) and ended up with a trough 700-800ng/dL it would make a shit lick of a difference on long-term muscle gains.

Again we are on trt here!
