TRT Nosebleeds After Shower

I have a rather interesting side effect, which I can directly attribute to testosterone replacement and I am seeking the opinion of others informally. While my research indicates this is not something to worry about immediately, I will eventually speak to a doctor about it.

Anyways, I was off TRT for around 3-months due to running out of medication. During this time, I did not have a single nosebleed after showering and blowing my nose. Low and behold, I start back up on testosterone a couple days ago, take a shower, and of course get a nose bleed after blowing my nose. This always happens on the left-side. Of course, with a pinch for about 15-30 seconds, the nose bleed stops.

While some may argue that this single incident nosebleed is coincidental and not related to TRT, I can assure you that based on pattern analysis and my history, this is not the case; I am more susceptible to nosebleeds on TRT. Does anyone on this forum have any theories?

Keep in mind, left-side only. Blood pressure has always been normal on TRT. I take a moderate dosage of around 100mg per week. Only other side effect I get from TRT is acne which is manageable with benzol-peroxide scrub.

That's interesting. Do you know the mechanism?

Also on the list, albeit lower, would be changes in blood pressure.
I wonder if it's an increase in estrogen that's causing the nosebleed?
