There is no such thing as “DOMS” ffs. You lift heavy things, your muscles are sore from recovery. This bro-science garbage needs to stop. “PPL” is recycled and renamed from nearly 50 years ago! It’s as bad as all the made up acronyms and faux medical terms that nofap morons tout.

You are saying that no one experiences Delayed Onset Muscle Soreness???

Also, what is wrong with a Push, Pull, Legs workout split? I, along with many many others, find it to be a very effective way to periodize weight training and spread the volume throughout the week.
