Sorry to jump on this thread, and apologies if this isn't correct etiquite.. Just joined, so apologies if that is the case.

I recently whilst training became extremley tired- falling asleep in the gym.. I got home went straight to bed, couldn't keep my eyes open. I checked my BP and it was 60/52. I was alarmed and went to the Dr.

The only things that came back were elevated hematocrit at 50.4 and ALTS.

They ran a 24 hour ECG to reassure me.

Am I getting carried away here, but wouldn't the decrease in blood pressure lead to an increase in hematocrit to increase RBC and my ability to carry oxygen about my body... I'm thinking this points towards a CV issue..

Back to the Drs?
