However, having said that, there are inconclusive studies that have hinted at the fact that cognitive decline can be slowed down while aging by: 1- Exercise at least 3 times per week for an 30 minutes. 2- Learn a foreign language or some new skills as time goes by. 3- Play Sudoku or other brain/concentration games (crosswords, etc). 4- Keep your blood pressure and blood sugar in control. 5- Manage or treat your depression. 6- Prevent vitamin B deficiency.
