The Legal Status of Peptides/Research Chemicals

I have read a lot of members on here use research chemical (RC) products for ED and other reasons. They way I understand it, this is a legal loophole because of how the products are marketed.

I want to get them, but I do not want to jeopardize my career. There would be major conflicts and repercussions.

Just looking to get thoughts from members about legality and my concerns. Thank you.

I'm not sure I've ever gotten a Liquid Tadalafil that didn't work. Fortunately with that one it's fairly obvious. Otherwise I don't get any of the other stuff.

I work for a company that does most of it's business with the military, homeland security, etc. I guess I've never seen ordering that stuff as a threat to my job but I guess it could be?

I believe that if you're concerned enough about something to ask about it, it's not worth pursuing. Simplify your life.

Really the NO stack was a game-changer for me and I am not going to stop taking it until I see some reports about the customer list of a major peptide company being investigated and all of the customers being arrested. Suppliers have much more to worry about there.

Since I hit my high deductible each year pretty early I could probably be getting legal Tadalafil for free to be honest, but for now I just don't really have any fear of being prosecuted for getting the liquid stuff, and working great.

There is a loophole. There is prescription medication being sold without a prescription and sold under false pretenses.

As far as it being bunk, plenty of people have used certain companies for years with correct results. Including many respected members on here. I was looking for opinions to see if there was any legal danger using the loophole.

In short, no for folks in the US. If your employer has additional restrictions that may be a different matter, but if you are concerned about being exposed to felony charges it's hard to see how that could happen here.

None of the substances available at these research chemical suppliers are controlled. Personal research is not restricted. Customers of these labs who regularly purchase the small amounts necessary for experimentation are not running afoul of US law.

Been using RC for years; much safer then buying overseas where Customs can come into play...that is illegal.

Buying from a RC is 100% legal...period.

Using it is not legal.

Seriously, who the hell is ever going to know what you do in the privacy of your own home if you do use it???

As for quality, I've used liquid Cia and Sermorelin for years with great results at a fraction of the costs...immediate shipping...no Customs...and never had an issue with credit card use.
