Sleep Apnea and TRT delivery methods

Does type of delivery method have any impact on potential sleep apnea issues? Meaning do injections potentially increase risk of developing or worsening sleep apnea vs other methods such as creams?

I've never responded to anything other than Jatenzo.

What I do know in my own experience is the severity of sleep apnea on TRT is dose dependent.

During perimenopause, some women experience insomnia due to hot flashes and sleep disturbances at night caused by irregular nighttime body temperature. A recent study reported that women with hot flashes have worse sleep quality and a lower quality of life due to sleep disturbances. The biological mechanism underlying the relationship between hot flashes and insomnia is unclear, but it has been suggested that some hormones can affect the circadian rhythm system directly while others may do so by changing environmental conditions, such as room temperature or humidity, which in turn affect body temperature.

What I noticed the most is impact of dose. At higher doses of injectable, I suddenly started having lots of snoring and tested positive for mild apnea. Lowered the dose and it disappeared after a few weeks. Then again, I retain water like crazy.
