Dr. Rachel S. Rubin is a board-certified urologist and sexual medicine specialist. She is one of only a handful of physicians with fellowship training in sexual medicine for all genders. Price of topical estrogen cream is insane! She's dead on. TE was a game changer at our house, but I had to learn about it from one of Dr Rubins videos. I showed my wife the video, and then she demanded the product afterwards. Why aren't Dr's helping on their own? I think they don't know, and so it's up to us to figure it out. Really sad.

Not true! Goodrx and Cost Plus drug both have cheap cash prices of the inserts and the estradiol creams!
 
Speaking of TE, my wife's MD had her on intravaginal cream for mild but typical sexual function symptoms. Yet this doctor has yet to do any hormonal blood tests. Just how are you doing/feeling? clinical impression. Doesn't this seem off?
