SERM Side Effects

SERM Question for those that might know and hopefully this is the right area...

Just got back from Urgent Care because of dizziness, shaking, shortness breath, hot flashes and sweating, crazy mood changes, intense transient head pressure. They found my potassium is a little low, my DHEA-s is high, but the EKG and O2 levels are fine. My question is can the Clomid and Nolvadex be contributing to these issues? I am dealing with some other 'mood' issues and I am trying to see if the SERMs can be messing things up more. I see a lot of anecdotal maybe's but didn't know if anyone had any real life experience with this.
