Progesterone??

I was wondering when and if progesterone should be tested for while on TRT?
Don't recall ever being tested for it.
I've read numerous articles where men can benefit from using the hormone especially in libido and ED
which I have issues with.
Appreciate any feedback on this as I am interested.

Ideally you'd get a pre-TRT baseline too, but not many of us do. I think it's worthwhile for anyone on TRT to test it. If it's low then some guys can raise it with pregnenolone. I never had good subjective results with that route so I supplement directly to put serum levels at mid-range, which I believe has helped both mood and sleep.

I have recently added Pregnenolone 25mgs daily to my protocol. My Progesterone was extremely low (.1). I have noticed much better mood and erectile function. I’m a big believer in bringing these hormone levels out of these low ranges.

Hey I really appreciate the feed back.
Will have it tested very soon.
Tried pregnenolone but didn't stay with it.
Don't remember if it made me feel bad like DHEA.
I definitely need some help in those areas.

my pre trt progesterone was measured at 1.1-1.4 ng/ml
On trt my getting undetectable readings <0.0ng/ml. So that pathway has been suppressed for me since being on trt
