Pregnenolone kills libido

Is the pregnenolone ur using immediate or timed release?

I don’t know. I’m with Defy so it’s from Empower. I know it’s micronized. I take it in the a.m.

In my experience I think there’s something to “restoring the pathways” and getting some of these hormones like Pregnenolone, Progesterone, and DHEA optimized. All three hormones were virtually zero because of my 6+ years on TRT.
Those hormones are there for a reason.

I have empowers pregnenolone in my drawer, I’m pretty sure it’s timed release. So I know they at least offer that version. I wonder if they offer immediate release too
