You need something like 5, or 20 something posts before you can do attachments.

When you hit reply you don't see a picture box like the one highlighted in the screenshot I posted? Does anyone else out there have this problem?

If it does not work hit reply than scroll down and hit Go Advance and the picture box will be located at the top

Do you want picture box or attachments (to upload file)?

If you want attachments than hit reply than hit Go Advance and it will be in the 1st column 3rd from the right (paper clip).

Figured it out i think,need to switch to full site.
