Hello, I am 42 years old I am living in Mexico. I have been on TRT for 4 months, I traveled to the US and started my TRT :

Cyp Test. 180mg once a week
Enclomiphene 1 pill twice a week
Anastrozole half pill once a week. (my E2 went up on my 2nd month labs)

Now for the past month I have not been able to travel to the US and needed to get my treatment in Mexico:

Enantathe Test. 180 mg once a week
NO enclomiphene in Mexico, only Clomid but read that there are more side effects
Letrozol 2.5 mg half pill twice per week. to lower my E2 to normal.

I am trying to add HCG to prevent Testicular shrinkage but I can only get 5000 IU and I can not get Bacteriostatic Saline anywhere here. I wonder if I can split the HCG powder instead ??

Where does you Total T, Free T and estrogen sit on this protocol?

The hCG response is vary individually, some it benefits, while other gives nothing but problems.

The choice to start clomid together with TRT is baffling. The TRT suppression is too strong for clomid to do what you intend.

started my treatment at:
Total Test. = 512
Free test. = 13.5
E2 . = 30.5

2nd month labs:
Total test. = 551
free test. was not included
(ESTRADIOL-17 Beta) = 62.1 ( I started taking Letrozol twice per week. )

I was on enclomiphene, I have read that it is different from clomid. less side effects. it has been a month since I quit it. it is not available in MExico.
Changed from cyp to Enantathe test from pfizer on my 4th month in Mexico. getting labs next week.
I was wondering if I can split the HCG powder and store it to get 500IU shots since I can not get Bacteriostatic Saline anywhere in my town.
