Jay, welcome to EM, glad you joined!! It just baffles me a doctor will prescribe something like this, without having a single clue how it works!! When you get to the 1x per month plan, here's what will happen ... You will be right back to baseline in the 16 to 20 day range.
Active life of cypionate is around 14 days, although serum levels are still usually declining for a short period thereafter. Half-life is around 7 days, but the actual "Peak" profile of the medication is around 2 to 3 days after injecting, which is why so many administer smaller amounts 2x per week. No crazy "highs", no crazy "lows"! Keeps serum levels stable, and it provides better E2 management.
At 200mg, if you draw a serum lab, you would probably fall somewhere in the 900ng/dl to 1100ng/dl range +/- a little at around the 3 day mark. By Day 20, you will be < 250ng/dl or much less. You can run the labs if you don't believe me, but your body will be telling you somewhere after the 7 to 8 day range that things are sliding downward. So, it's like 2/3 of your monthly protocol will be a gradual building of misery! That's obviously not the purpose & objective of TRT, it's supposed to help you feel better. She doesn't understand this type of treatment, and no doubt she won't have any understanding of how to manage E2, and HCG administration if you were diagnosed Secondary.
