My experience injecting HCG and Testosterone from the same syringe for the first time

Hi guys,

Well today I started on HCG for the first time and decided to try Nelson Vergel's method of mixing HCG with Testosterone in the same syringe and then injecting IM into my quad.

I used a luer lok 1ml syringe with a 20g removable needle to draw out .25 ml or 50mg of Cypionate. This worked out well.

I then used the same 20g needle to try and draw out .40 ml or 400 UI of HCG. I was expecting the water based solution to just float above the .25 ml of oil but they seemed to mix with oil blobs floating in the water solution. This made it tough for me to determine if some were air bubbles or oil blobs. It took a few tries and eventually it looked like I had .40 ml of HCG with the stopper at .65 ml.

However it just was not clear to me if I had the correct amount. Tapping the needle did not appear to make the oil blobs separate from the water and I still was not sure if air bubbles were out.

Should I have used another fresh 20g needle tip to draw out the HCG instead of re-using the needle that was used to draw out the cypionate? The needle was full of oil and the water came into contact with it from the start. I also may have a little cypionate in the HCG vial now. The HCG vial is currently stored in a plastic zip bag inside a plastic container in the refrigerator.

I did inject the mix into my quad via a fresh 27 gauge needle. The injection was painless. I pushed the plunger down to the 0 mark and withdrew the needle. However when I checked if any liquid was still in the syringe I noticed it could go down quite a bit more and more liquid came out the tip of the needle. So I probably received less than 50 mg of testosterone and 400 ui of HCG today.

I also took a .20mggeneric Armidex (Anastrozole) capsule right after the injection.

I may just do two separate injections from now on. I was supplied with 31g insulin needles which I can use to inject the HCG solution into my stomach area as is usually done and then inject the cypionate in either my shoulders or quads via 27g.

I really like going from 25g to 27g for IM. The needle seems a lot smaller.

Sounds rather annoying. It's doable, but doesn't sound fun.

With a small dose like 50mg of test, you may want to consider insulin syringes. Even losing .05mL in the needles is 20% of your dose.

I just use 2 insulin syringes for my test and hCG.

RSM, No bubbles, problems with this sanitary method that does not risk cross contamination. Near zero waste of oil:

Uptake your hCG first using a fine short needle such as a 30G attached to a 1ml or 3ml syringe. Always use the finest needle practical to preserve the vial stopper integrity. 20G is way too fat. Withdraw from vial.

Keeping the syringe upright draw the plunger down to allow plenty of air space above the hCG. Remove the needle and discard. Set the syringe in a narrow jar to keep it upright.

Draw your cyp using a 28G 0.5 ml insulin syringe. Top load your dose over the hCG slowly down the side taking care tilt the insulin syringe to allow air to escape. Also take care not to press down on the syringe in the jar as that will depress the plunger unexpectedly.

Pump a few times to fully expel all the oil out of the insulin syinge. It will float on the top of the hcg.

Install the appropriate injecting needle. A 25G works well. Raise the plunger until you see the first drop of oil

Try injecting IM in the upper outer glut.

My experience is that you can inject with a 27, 28 or even a 30. However, with the plunger diameter of a 3ml syringe the pressure required is quite high.

Tip: Remember to inject the same volume of air as the volume of medicine that you intend to withdraw. This prevents vacuum lock.
