Okay so as you guys know I have some ED troubles more than mild but one of the problems I have is a deflated penis head. Basically the shaft gets quite hard (normal firmness) but the glands and top of my penis remain deflated and soft. However masturbating will improve the glans size a bit but not greatly even then the glands still won't expand fully and get shiny and big like they used to. As the glans don't engorge well the sensitivety isn't great also and I'm uncut. I have read that poor blood flow to the glans isn't Venous Leak from uroligist online strangely even kegels don't engorge the glans much either. I also believe I no longer experience those rock hard throbbnig erections anymore becasue the glans don't hold blood properly and they don't engorge fully either. Now I do know the glans losing blood quickly (deflating) is likely due to possible Venous Leakage but the glans not engorging fully even with hand stimulation indicates a different issue.

Has anyone managed to cure this problem?

You reported what you read online, but have you had a discussion with a doctor? Do you use Cialis, or any drug/supplement, to achieve and support erections?

Coastwatcher I did as it 100% relates to me, yes I've tried viagra and cialis uprima none worked for me not a bit... Only thing that did work was cavaject injection, but now I'm on trt, I have erections but penis numb and no sensitivity plus head of penis the glan doesn't fill up and swell, I'm thinking an injury with corpus spongeium, and am waiting to see urologist
