I just got my new lab test everything seems fine except Iron is low now.
-Iron 6.2 range (11.6- 31.3).
-ferritin 41ng/ml range (26-388)

my hematocrit is fine around 48.3
Hemoglobin 16.5

if I supplement with iron then my blood goes high and then I have to donate again?? any solution for this ?

While the ferritin is in the normal ranges, that does mean it's good, the thyroid to function optimally needs a ferritin of at least 70.
It’s been going up from the last test,I didn’t want to add iron so hemoglobin don’t go high,,,,right ?
It almost doubled from last test without me doing anything but now iron is low.

do I need to supplement iron ? Will it increase hemoglobin?

You could just keep iron in your diet as long as it's on an upwards trajectory.

Don’t supplement. Your iron can be low or high depending on what youve eaten recently. Serum iron levels fluctuate throughout the day
