My doctor was getting sublinqual Tadalafil at 50 mg per trouch, I take two before intercourse. The pharmacy that compounded the trouches is no longer doing it, he found a new pharmacy that will compound it for $8.00 a trouch, shit that's $16 a session for me. So I ordered Liquid CIA from a research firm (C-M) and I see that people say to take 10 to 15mg a day, some say take 15mg the day before you need it? What is the proper dose, me and my wife have a session (that's what we call it) once or twice a week, If I could keep it up I would get luckier more often. I am hoping that the liquid CIA helps with that as it it is a lot cheaper then the trouches.

I have read Genes NO stack and he recommends 5mg a day 2X. Is that with the daily Cialis pill? or does the stack include liquid CIA? I have tried both regular Cialis as needed and the daily use pill when I had my old insurance plan. Can you take the liquid as a daily use form of Cia?

I am a little hesitant to take something from a unknown source, but I have read a lot of good reviews on the Liquid CIA.

If you take my stack the exact way I describe you will be able to get a good quality erection on demand.

From my experience the liquid Cialis from the research sites works and works well. Pill or Liquid makes no difference, just that it's Cialis and every 12 hours.

Cialis has a long half life like 16 hours as compared to Viagra that has about 4 so by taking 5 mg every 12 hours will go to make sure you got good consistent serum levels 24 hours a days.

If the day of you session you want to increase dosage to 10 mg twice a day you can do that as I do as well. I tolerate the drug well and that little boost in dosage really goes to help with my erection.

I received my Liquid Cia today (Fast delivery) and doing my math .1 on the oral syringe is 3mg of Cia? So 5 mg would be 2 lines past the .1 mark?. I am asking because in the past when I took the daily use cialis (2.5mg) I had bad lower back pain. During my research lower back pain was a side effect of Cialis, not common. After a few weeks the pain did go away and I still continued my daily use Cialis pill.

Also the tip of the syringe looks like it holds about .1/2ml of solution?

I just want to start low at first, (3mg to 6mg daily) I have never tried the liquid version and then build up from there.

Back pain is a side; I had it for a short while than it went away.

Start your dosage low and work up is fine if that works for you.

Don't worry about whats in the tip as the syringe is calibrated for it.

Put the dose under your tongue for a minute or two before swallowing it as it will get into your bloodstream faster that way.

Hey Gene I am new to the forum. I signed up just so I could ask you this question. I have read repeatedly online that 5mg Cialis is for daily use so is 10mg a day safe? I wanted to go up to 10mg daily (5mg twice a day) but I don't want to do it if its unsafe or if it will/could hurt me long term. What are your sources for if 10mg daily is safe? If you need to know I am 29 years old. Thanks a lot for answering! Your time is appreciated.

Yes, it seems to be safe and actually good for your cardiovascular system as long as you can stand the potential side effects (heartburn, headache, back ache, stuffy nose)

Yes, it's very safe.

The drug in FDA trials was being used daily at 40 to 60 mg for cardio disease.

For ED use the doses are very low.

I've used 20 mg daily and had no issues whatsoever.
