Left the HCG out of the refrigerator for 8 hours

Accidentally forgot to put the vial back in the refrigerator today after injecting. Was out at room temperature for about 8 hours. Is it still good?

Yes it is still good. Don’t worry. HCG is not fragile it can last a while not refrigerated. It might lose some potency. But if room temperature wasn’t extremely high not even that

Direct light is worse than room temp . If any doubt squirt a little on a dollar store pregnancy test . Should come up positive . Or after injection , next day you can urinate on a test yourself . In any case I've done both . It worked .

FWIW, I emailed my Defy rep on this just last week cause I left mine out for about 24 hours without realizing and was told: "In regards to the HCG, after 72 hours of not being refrigerated we recommend discarding the medication. If it was since Monday evening, we are still within the 72 hour window. You should still be good to go!"
