Leakage from Injection Site

Hey everyone - I gave myself one of my twice a week sub q injections of test cyp, but I looked down this time and there was clear liquid slowly going down my stomach area. How do you all prevent the cypionate from leaking out like that? I want every single drop staying in me. I left the needle in for 5 seconds before pulling it out and objected slowly. What else should I do? Don't want any wasted. Thanks

You can also rub the area with your clean hand after injecting.

What's google? never heard of it. I'm injecting .3ML at once twice a week, not pinching. I'm doing exactly how Dr. Crisler's video shows.

You'd have to be a caveman to not know what google is. Of course I know. That's where I get lots of info. Just wanted to know what you guys do to prevent the leaking out.

And we told you - some of us use the Z track method.

Every now and then, I get a little leakage on my thigh. I don't dwell on it, just hold the alcohol swab/pad in place for a minute or so and it will be good to go.

Ok thanks. Do I really have to do the Monday morning injection and Thursday night routine? Or can I do both Monday morning and Thursday morning shots? Would it make that big of a difference?

The 3.5 even split of the week will always result in one shot being delivered at night. If it is a challenge for you to inject in the evening, for whatever reason, do what you feel works for you. If your doctor specified a true 3.5 day protocol, I would try and follow that, however.

Since everyone metabolizes at a different rate, it's hard to put a thumb on it as an exact science. IMO, the 1/2 day factor isn't a deal breaker for a good HRT program. With as much as I travel, there's times I can't be completely on track. I do the best I can, keep it as close as possible, and do it all over again the next week. Which reminds me, time to pin!!

Lol I'm the same way man I don't think I'm going to be able to wait all day until the evening before I inject again. I get excited about injection days. I've been doing Monday AM and Thursday AM, but I think it's psychological that I don't feel as good on Sunday.
