Ipa/CJC 1295 Shipped Constituted from Pharmacy-still efficacious?

I'm a patient at PSR. I just started on the IPA/CJC. My provider just started using Wells Pharmacy in Florida. They shipped me the peptides constituted overnight with ice packs. They came cold, but my concern is that I thought these peptides are fragile and can't be shipped once constituted. I called the pharmacy and spoke to a pharmacist who said he would try to locate stability studies for me. My provider has nothing, which I find odd since shouldn't that be part of the due diligence of picking a pharmacy, especially when a compound(s) is know to be fragile?
The pharmacist said that the material they get is just powder and that it's never freeze dried before they mix it. Could that make a difference? I'm paying a lot for 2mg and want to make sure this stuff isn't bunk when it gets to me. Also, does anyone have any advice on how to travel with it? Going to MX for a few weeks and want to bring on the plane. Provider gave me a letter but again, I'm concerned about stability.

Mine came from Tailor Made the same way. Problem would be if they did not ship it in cold pack, that would indicate they don't know what they're doing. Wells is a competent pharmacy. I would guess it would be ok to keep it cold on the way to the airport then pull it out and pack it like everything else. Should be ok for a few hours. Call Wells and ask them about that. But, if it were me I would get a small bag like a shaving case, put it in there with one those small frozen gel packs, take your letter and go.

Thanks for the help, much appreciated. Wells was kind enough to send me a stability report. I used to run a lab so I asked for it. It doens't show real shipping conditions but it does show temperature exposure. I'm still concerned about the rough and tumble treatment it gets in the mail, but this response from the pharmacist made me feel somewhat better.

" Sorry for the delay. Unfortunately, there are no studies that relate to shipping method when it comes to CJC/Ipamorelin that is already in solution when compounded. After speaking to several other pharmacists, the consensus is that lyophilized products, because of the makeup of the product are more sensitive. All of our lyophilized products do come with the recommendation to swirl gently and to refrain from shaking when mixing. This would be in line with what you have experienced in the past. Here is a study for CJC/Ipamorelin in solution over time."

Thanks Nelson, I totally agree and thought that's what I was gonna get. I don't know why PSR moved to Wells since they source their T from Empower. But they just started doing this very recently according to staff. Have you ordered peptides from Empower recently? I know Taylor Made stopped selling Ipamorelin/cjc1295 recently based on renewed interest in the FDA 503A compounding rules.

In your experience if the first injection worked, can it still have degraded? It's only been 8 or 9 days but I noticed a huge effect after the first injection and then it seems to have fallen off. I started really low (2 units) but that first night, WOW I had instant arousal and it was literally like I had taken a 10 hr Viagra. The first week I was going a 20 % dose and this week period I've moved to 4 units (40%). I know there can be some sides with CJC so I figured better to start slow and get where I want to go slow and safe.

BTW: your take on anastrozole really saved my ass. They wanted to start me on 1MG every other day (or something like that). I take .1875mg x2 week and feel great (worked up slowly to 180mgT/week).

Nelson, agreed - and one benefit for me is I live only 20 minutes from Empower and it's on the way home from work for me. I always just swing by and pick it up to avoid any shipping risk.
