Hight blood pressure medicine

Hello,

I have problem with my high blood pressure medicine (neighter a or b blocker). The medicine makes me fatigue and my face becomes red an hour after intake. My blood pressure is not just borderline hight 140-150/80-90. I have a doc appointment in June. Any suggestions that I could propose to my doc?
I have read on this forum that some can be good to take together with Gene´s stack etc,,,

I started losarton a few weeks ago, no side effects so far. It also has help with erection quality as well. I take 50mg twice a day.

I would think if you tell your doctor about the problems you're having with your meds, he will change them. I always write all my questions down before I go to my doctor, one list for him (her) and one for me. I make sure I get all my questions are answered, but I do always act in a respectful way.

Yes, definitely tell your doc and ask for a change in meds. Also, Gene's stack does lower BP in most guys. The amount varies person to person of course.
