My doc put me on test. e (350mg/weekly - too much I know now) because low free t…After 4 days on testosterone enanthate i feel really depressed and tired, low sex drive and my nipples itching like hell!!!

I’m skinny guy - underweight , almost zero fat . weight 75kg (165lb) , height 189cm (6,2). I lost lot of muscle mass because I have digestion problems (sibo) …poor digestion , lack of sleep, constipation … before my first injection i didn’t feel depressed at all - but after injection this is really strong depression - no motivation for anything,brain fog,sexdrive -zero!!!
Then I took low dose arimidex 0.30 mg and quit test... Again mistake -nipples itching disapper but after that i feel really depressed , itchy and paint in joints , really bad feeling ....it lasted for five days- first I thought - estrogen crash but today I got my bloodwork and my estradiol levels is sky-rocket 400 411 pmol/l ( 94-223). Total test , free test same like before test and arimidex...what now? How it possible? Huge estradiol levels but on Arimidex I feel like I die, I definitely have high aromatase activity but this e2 levels this is not normal…..next steep - all I want to feel better...any suggestion? How to lower shbg , how to lower estrogen but without arimidex and put test to normal levels...this is so complicated!! Please any suggestion?!
