I'm 46, and have been on TRT for about 8 years. I'll put my regimen below, but I'm pretty locked in for TRT, although 5 mg daily tadalifil doesn't always cut it.
Anyway, my bp has been creeping up over the years.
I've been on Lisinopril 20 mg for 10 years. But have been running 135/84 on average for a while.
Doc added hctz 12.5 mg.
My bp went UP
Now it's 137/97.
Testosterone Cypionate: 50 mg every other day
HCG: 50 iu every other day
DHEA: 25 mg /day
Tadalifil: 5 mg /day
Hemoglobin 15.9 g/dL
Hematocrit 48.9 %
Testosterone 993 ng/dL
Free Testosterone 27.5 pg/mL
Estradiol, S 61.4 pg/mL

- Should I be concerned a diuretic is reducing blood volume, making hematocrit go higher?
- Since HCTZ doesn't seem like it's working, any suggestions on other bp drugs to add?
- Especially ones that are erection friendly?
- Has anyone had success with supplements for high BP? I take citrulline and was thinking of adding arginine. Anything else?
