Epithalon is what you want, but it is a sort of horomone replacement therapy that has to be taken all the time when you get old, like 60-ish or so, to result in impressive benefits (and remind you the only research done on this comes mostly from one guy/institute from Russia, so it is a very risky situation to rely on it with your life basically). Though it is probably very true that it keeps or makes you younger for most intents and purposes ... but maybe that also translates to living a somewhat shorter life (he claims the opposite though, but like I said his research is not really verified).
Also if I remember correctly, most studies were actually done with pineal gland extract (epithalamin, which is impossibly expensive) and not with the synthetic peptide you can buy on the internet. So this shrouds it in even more uncertainty if all the ascribed benefits do actually hold true.
