I am a 25 years old and have fatigue for as long as I remember.I have seen neurologist, endocrinologist and many doctors in the past but nothing came abnormal until recently I asked my GP to test for Testosterone.I had done sleep apnea test other hormone test and everything came pretty normal.I even tried adderall for 6 months but didn't like it. My GP doesn't really understand anything related to testosterone. Can anyone help me to walk through.

Total testosterone:192 (Normal range:250-847)
Free Testosterone:68.1 (Normal range:35-155)
Cortisol PM:3.8 (Normal range:2.3-11.9)
TSH:1.2 (Normal range:0.27-4.20)
Vitamin D:65 (Normal range 30-100)

Repeat the tests in a few weeks. If total T keeps being that low ask your doctor to identify the cause and maybe try a restart with Clomid. If that doesn't work TRT might be the only answer.

There's a lot of material on the Forum you can be working your way through. That will go a long way toward helping you have focused conversations with your doctor. But, and it's a significant concern, if your doctor truly doesn't understand TRT, you're in for a long and frustrating ride. It's time to consider finding another physician. Have you considered that possibility?
