Hcg novarel??

Hi All,

I've been on Hcg pregnyl since starting TRT back in April. I just called my pharmacy to refill and they said there is a national shortage on Hcg pregnyl and suggested novarel. Does anyone have any experience with that product?

Probably not too many answers as those of us using HCG use a compounded product as opposed to something from big pharma.

I agree I get my HCG through Defy Medical from Empower Pharmacy.

Is that a fair price and how many shots would I get out of vial at 2 shots a week 500iu?

Thru Defy and/or Empower I think you can get 6000iu for $40, prescription, of course.

I pay $70 for 12000 IU of HCG through Defy Medical from Empower Pharmacy. I like the bigger vials of HCG, less times I have to mix it. Also I use 1000 IU a week so I get a 12 week supply. A lot of times when I order my testosterone, I also order 2 vials of HCG to save on shipping cost. Which I believe is $15.

Yes, with a script from your doctor. I believe the cost may be higher.

I used to use Novarel when my insurance would pay for it earlier this year. It was insanely expensive when Aetna stopped covering it for me. I'm talking 900 dollars expensive. Ridiculous. After I was discarded by my insurance company I was forced to go the TRT route. Now I take HCG compounded like everybody else. The quality of the HCG is no less than it was with Novarel. HCG doesn't do much for me.
