HCG increasing thyroid.. low T or just High thyroid?

hi there,

I did try HCG however it gave me palpatations (and slight agitated energy, perhaps partially from increase T or estrogen within 30-40 min of first use) even at low 100iu doses. it was a less used brand that was suppost to last for 60 days vs pregnyl 30.. and i wonder if it is slightly overdosed to maintain potency or 60 days... or perhaps different ratio of HCG forms. Anyway def felt potent, esp when guys do 500iu and say can barely notice.

at first i thought was estrogen however i now am wondering if perhaps was excess thyroid? has anyone noted increase thyroid or decrease in TSH?

more so i am wondering if anyone has seen studies where forms of HCG have been studied on thyroid.. as it does seem like folks have less side effects with compounded or recombinant HCG.. could be wrong, but having such immediate and strong effects from HCG at low dosages made me wonder how anyone could be taking 1000iu a pop.

perhaps pregnyl would be better tolerated and would of been half the price the pharmacy just ordered first thing on there list.

less stiffness i remember on HCG vs T aswell. walked around teh bush in workboots all day didnt drink barely any water hopped into a car and drove 3 hrs could barely get out of the car was so stiff. the next morning 0 stiffness which i attribute to the HCG. as normally at least some morning stiffness at very least.

anyway this got me thinking perhaps i have low thyroid hormone which imagine can be missed with just a TSH test. or perhaps just secondary hormones in the testes from HCG was whats happening.

cause man even 100iu maybe even less, bigger ejaculation, better orgasm, focus, less stiff etc and was only on it for a month before i couldnt take the palpatations.. also using the new nicotine salts prob didn't help that, which are weird as they dont give the typical nicotine OD feelings that fade pretty quickly..

anyway, just looked it up and looks like alpha HCG form mimics TSH the same if not more than beta form.. super interested now as have bloods coming up, i wonder if I actually have natural high thyroid and was causing the hypogonadism.. esp as think i only had TSH tested not actual thyroid levels.

I also wonder how many guys on TRT are just have hyperthyroid or elevated thyroid giving the PE symptom aswell pre trt. or perhaps inversely guys going hypo thyroid once on TRT and cant ejaculate. funny this is not talked about more. or perhaps im just conflating things..

I wonder if TSH also acts on the testes at least in some capacity if HCG mimics TSH and LH FSH, one would think at least some cross reactivity.

any info/experiences and discussion appreciated.
