Grass fed butter

Between extra virgin Olive oil and grass fed butter which should I aim to incorporate more of? Always used mainly olive oil but seems in most of my reading that grass fed butter is a better ratio of omegas.

They have different benefits and can be used in unique ways so use both. Adding extra fat isn't usually needed unless you are undereating or overly restrictive. Use grass fed butter in place of other butter and EVOO in place of other oils especially if they are to be eaten without cooking.

What are you using it for?
I use both EV Olive oil for cooking and grass fed butter for other things. I also use coconut oil for cooking when I am cooking for myself. My wife does not like the flavor of coconuts in her food. I don't notice it but she does. If you use GFB for cooking you will notice it doesn't brown as much as other butter's do. I use Kerrygold Irish butter. I have tried others brands but this one seems to be the best tasting one to me.

I also use coconut oil and GFB in my coffee from time to time. Coconut oil is easily processed by into usable fuel by the body. This is not a daily thing I normally do it on days where I will be cycling over 50 miles and the calories will be used up. the Coconut oil needs to be Extra Virgin, Organic, unrefined and if possible cold pressed. Cold pressing keeps the vitamins and minerals unchanged.
