First Thyroid Panel Numbers

I've had issues the past couple of years with dry mouth, dry eyes (sticking shut every night during sleep), constipation (not relieved by fluids and fiber), fatigue and sleep issues.

In July I had TSH level:
TSH, High Sensitivity - 3.69 (0.45 4.50 mU/L)


This past week I had a panel done.
TSH, High Sensitivity - 3.80 (0.45 4.50 mU/L)
T3 Free NonDialysis - 4.3 (2.0 4.8 pg/mL)
T4 Free NonDialysis - 1.1 (0.8 1.7 ng/dL)
Microsomal TPO Antibody <10 (&#8804;34 IU/mL)

Everything is in "range" but thoughts from anyone? Thank

Dry mouth and eyes is a symptom of iodine deficiency. There looks to me like things are off but someone else may know more about it than I do.
