First Blood Test

Welcome to Excelmale. Yes, your total testosterone is low, and your free testosterone is particularly low - making you a candidate for TRT. However, an isolated lab report is only part of the story. How old are you? What sort of symptoms are you having and how long have you been dealing with them? Your medical history? Medications a pond supplements taken? Head or testicular injury? Weight and sleep patterns?

The conversation will be more robust if we know a bit more.

Sorry for the lack of info in the first post.

Im 36 years old

Symptoms: Fatigue, libido, slight depression but also may be related to fatigue. I have had these symptoms for about a couple of years but was hesitant to get blood work done.

Medical History: No problems with head or testicular injuries, back surgery 5 years ago approx.

Medications: None

Supplements: Protein, and pre-workout.

Weight: Recently ballooned to 240 (I use to average about 210 without any major workouts etc.)

Sleep: approx 6-7 hours on a nightly basis.

I believe your testosterone is low enough to begin trt. I don't know if it will do much for your weight issue. To lose weight you have to be very disciplined in your diet.
