E3.5D to EOD - Keep Weekly Dose?

I have read about guys who transitioned from E3.5D to EOD and kept the same weekly dose and were happy with the change. And I've read about other guys who made the same transition and said they needed to reduce their total weekly dose a bit going to EOD.

Have any of you successfully transitioned from E3.5D to EOD and kept the same weekly dose?

I always have to lower my dosage coming from every 3.5 days to EOD unless I desire to shoot past my previous level. Lower it 20% if you wish to stay within about your previous Total level. I seem to be one of those guys who's estrogen goes up instead of down injecting more frequently.

That's the thing - my current levels are upper 1400s peak and upper 800s trough. Based on my weekly ebbs and flows between shots, I think I'd like to me somewhere in the middle around 1000-1200.

Yeah very curious about the E2 thing. I read an account from another forum user who said that simply switching from E3.5D to EOD lowered his E2 by about 20 points. My doc seems to think it will lower E2. And of course on the other hand I've heard from you and maybe one or two others who said it actually raised E2.

I guess the only way to know how it will affect me is to try, which I plan to do. Just gotta figure out whether to keep current weekly dose or lower it, as once I start, I plan to be committed to it for a minimum of 6-8 weeks before labs.

Thanks for the replies. Do you all think the transition to the new injection schedule could be a rollercoaster ride, or no big deal as the overall dose isn't changing much?

An EOD protocol did create more of a rollercoaster ride for me, perhaps it had to do with the fact that it takes longer for the testosterone to build up in your system leaving you lower longer.
