drug-like withdrawal symptoms 4-5 months off trt

i came off trt this winter january or february can't say exactly.. for past month i've been feeling very off not just like low T state but very agitated, restlessness, shaky, confused, drug cravings and generally feel like if I came off of year cocaine blast.. I don't take any drugs except for very occassional marijuana, alcohol maybe once every month tops. my last protocol was about 80mg testosterone weekly and about 1000iu hcg. i was on that protocol for few months before i stopped. before that I was on compounded cream. any idea what might be happening to me? I expected to feel like low testosterone (low energy, low libido, ed, maybe some depression,anxiety) but not such severe symptoms it definitely feels like i came off drugs (i've seen people coming off drugs and this is identical)
you probably even noticed by my posts for last few weeks i've been acting very emotionally unstable and sometimes even anrgy I apologize for this madness.

Could it be high estradiol?

good point but I can't see how one can have high estradiol with low testosterone production. most likely my estradiol is low but I need to get labs done to make sure..

As we age our testosterone naturally declines, at least in most men, and estradiol increases. That's why a lot of men lose muscle mass and become grumpy old men. Plus think about all the phytoestrogens and xenoestrogens out there we come in contact with every day.

Are you on AI MarkM? I don't see me taking AI because of the side effects and damage to my physiology I got from AI when I overdosed on it few years ago, also bone density concerns. If my e2 is indeed high with low T it would probably be abnormally high if my T was high seems like I am stuck with feeling like crap for next couple of weeks/months

I did. Prior to TRT I had radically different e2 levels from above 50 down to 10 at different times while T remained low.

No sir, I am not on an AI and hope I won't ever need to be. But, never say never. I guess if I needed to take a small slice at some point I would consider it but that is for a point in time in the future. Do you supplement with anything like DIM, Indole-3-Carbinol, or Calcium D-Glucarate which are known to help modulate estradiol?

update
today i had "episode" with severly increased above symptoms very stressed out, agitated, bad body aches, cramping up, drug cravings, can't get calm, extremely irritable, shaky and very sharp testicular pain i had to lay down on bed from pain
i felt exactly the same when i started my protocol when i first started to work with dr Saya and i thought it was the protocol that caused me to feel that way but now i am not taking anything and feel same way. I am afraid if it can be symptoms of something serious going on should I go to or wait till my appointment with my general doctor which I have on monday?
i can't work feeling like this

before dr sayas protocol i've been on 80mg weekly cypionate supposed to be watson i didn't buy it myself from pharmacy(i had labwork done on this cypionate it rose my levels to 700s on 40mg twice weekly so wasn't bunk), dhea cream life flo brand, pregnenolone i tried oral and cream life flo brand but wasn't using it last few months before started working with defy. thats all i remember
haven't used any AI in 3 years.. i used supplements vitamin C, vitamin d3, eleuthero, coq10, fish oil, rhodiola, maybe multivitimain also
my symptoms get worse after orgasm so i try to keep sex to minimum i become useless after sex/masturbation for couple of days
