Does injection volume have any effect on pharmacokinetics?

The title pretty much says it all. Is there any difference in terms of absorption, half-life, metabolism, etc if 100mg of testosterone is administered in a 1mL quantity (100mg/mL) vs .5mL (200mg/mL)? My instincts tell me there has to be at least some slight variation. What about even smaller volumes, such as .1 mL (or less) in the case of daily injections? Do small volumes like this cause the drug to be metabolized more quickly irrespective of established ester half-lives?

I would say no, but with be more frequent injections you definitely get a more stable level of testosterone. I was injecting 100 mg of testosterone cypionate every three and a half days now that I'm doing daily I'm only using 16 mg a day. I was donating blood every 8 weeks now that I went to daily I haven't donated blood since last year in February. The steady level of T has definitely helped my HCT, it's not the same for everyone though.

Regarding metabolism/hepatic clearance shbg would play as strong role and hepatic blood flow.https://academic.oup.com/jcem/article/91/11/4669/2656842

The side chain ester/injection site and injection volume can influence the pharmacokinetics/pharmacodynamics of nandrolone esters which should also apply to testosterone esters.http://jpet.aspetjournals.org/content/jpet/281/1/93.full.pdf
