Did I get the correct E2 test?

First post here and thanks for the opportunity. This site is great.
Could someone help identify which test I received. I requested the Estradiol Ultrasensitive LC/MS/MS, Quest 30289 but I'm not sure that's what I received.

Here's the results:

ESTRADIOL LVL 31.6 pg/mL See Comment Final

Estradiol Menstruating Female (by day in cycle relative to LH peak)
Follicular phase (-12 to -4 days) 19.5 - 144.2 pg/ml
Midcycle (-3 to +2 days) 63.9 - 356.7 pg/ml
Luteal phase (+4 to +12 days) 55.8 - 214.2 pg/ml
Estradiol Post-menopausal Female(untreated) 0.0 - 32.2 pg/ml
Estradiol Male 0 - 39.8 pg/ml

From what I have read here this appears to be the Estradiol standard test, the one for women and meaningless for men. Am I right? Or is my E2 actually high? I have no symptoms of such at all.
According to Quest the results should be formatted thus:
Reference Range(s)
[TABLE="class: MsoNormalTable, width: 165"]

Thanks for any help clearing this up.

No it's the wrong one. What I do when I go in to Quest is you have to make sure that the tech is entering the correct tests. They will hand you a sheet and ask you to verify your personal info at the top, but read thru to the bottom where the tests are listed and verify. If it's wrong hand it back to them. However if you're lab order was written incorrectly they cannot change it.

Thanks guys,
That confirms what I already suspected. Despite printing it out and handing it to the technician they still got it wrong. I'll certainly take it up with Doc but I think I'm just going to come out of pocket and have it done by Discounted Labs to be sure it's done right. Thanks again.
