The Ceebis tabs are oval, what I have found is my local CVS sells a good/better/best pill splitter and the best model has a sliding centering device that allows perfect halving of the pills and quartering of them from there.
The secret is to apply barely enough pressure to split the pill, any more force on the blade doesn't make a clean cut and a q-tip swab to clean the leading edge of the cutting razor every 5 cuts or so keeps the splits clean and neat with no waste.
The e-check payment and service from ADC has been as close to perfect as one can expect with overseas EMS shipments. No issues in Customs at all, 13-15 days from order time to delivery. I've communicated with their CS a few times to get more information on prescriptions they offer and communication from them has always been professional, timely and accurate every time.
ADC is not just in the ED meds business as most of the other popular suppliers that you see recommended on forums, and their prices with delivery are less on everything I have compared them to with Cooper and Cipla produced meds.
Watch some youtube vids and read articles from foreign news sources on Cooper and Cipla, its amazing to see these state of the art drug companies overseas doing business in an environment where healthcare is considered a human right and necessity versus our members only system of healthcare. Considering they manage to conduct business in a cost controlled market their achievements are commendable.
The global lifesaving humanitarian work these Indian drug companies participate in is nothing short of amazing and their R&D capabilities, manufacturing and quality control abilities give US drug makers a run for the money any day of the week.
Here's a Ceebis tablet on the splitter with it's packaging shown:
