Justin, I think I made mention of this on a FB post. We can't really determine anything here on this forum, whether it be leydig damage or another complication. As I had mentioned, since you are seeing 'some' endogenous production with the higher levels of LH, it could be an indicator that one testicle is producing and maybe one is underperforming. Do you recall having any accidents, trauma, etc., in your younger years, which might be keeping one or both of your testicles from working normally? Also, have you had a sperm test? If so, is there a similar pattern going on with FSH and the sertoli's?
Again, it's all speculation with our discussions here. Get with a urologist or a specialist that can perform an exam for you. I would suspect IF there are no serious complications, e.g., tumors, etc., a physician might discuss TRT options for you to improve your serum level. A physician will also want to see a variety of other labs, along with a review of a complete physical.
