Hey Paul hope all is good I just started a 30 day run of this, on day 2 I hit the tread mill and I normally warm up with a 1 mile sprint /walk I cut 2.5 min of my time then I hit some back work and then did about 15 min of HIIT def works for endurance, I will be tracking my weight me keep ya postedI was curious if anyone has researched into cardarine GW-501516 and what the results were
